Ever Since I was a little girl, I knew I would be a small business owner. While other kids were playing tag and video games, I was creating small businesses, selling lemonade and snacks on hot summer days, and crafting bracelets and keychains to sell at school. When I was 13 I became Red Cross certified to be a babysitter and slang my services in my neighborhood.

That year I had 4 repeat clients and was booked every weekend. Running a nanny & babysitting business would carry me through college. When I entered the workforce after college I found I was attracted to small businesses, and over time worked for a handful in various industries before helping my husband launch his business.

There's something about the hustle, the creativity and community small businesses bring that lights me up!

I started Chatbox Creative because I kept seeing the same pattern: talented founders and entrepreneurs with something genuinely worth sharing, struggling to get seen. Not because their product wasn't great. Because the strategy wasn't working, the content felt off, or the brand just wasn't landing the way it should.

Because being a mom entrepreneur is a whole different world, I created an online community, Moms Who Mean Business (MWMB), to be a place for mom entrepreneurs to talk openly about building a business while raising small humans.

With 12 years of experience working with over 50 businesses, I understand the strategies that showcase the unique qualities small businesses bring over big brands.

Marketing has become a second language for me and love being able to help small businesses succeed!
